I ordered my food to arrive at 6.30, it arrived at 5.20. The person who the food was ordered for did not arrive until 6.15 - hence the 6.30 order time. The food was average.

Special fish was rock solid overcooked, fish itself was bone dry. Everything’s usually great this was disappointing.

The pizza and fish and chips and were beautiful. We pre-ordered as I read the feed back about timing. We received the rake away from at 16.30 piping hot. The fish was delicious as were the chips. My husband loved the volcanic pizza. You have restored my faith in pizza and fish and chip take aways. Thank you 😬

The chicken kebab was filled with sliced dried out chicken, when I order a chicken kebab from other outlets the chicken is grilled freshly in cubes, the service was excellent but unfortunately this kebab is not for me.

Arrived 1hr late. Ordered 6.50pm, for 7.30pm delivery. Called 8.15pm, tild on its way, could hardly hear the peron in the shop. Was delivered 8.35pm. Was given the wrong order at first, pizzas. Meal eventually delivered it was cold and order was wrong!

Food was up to usual great standard, but after 1 hour 20 mins wait I called to enquire about the delivery. Despite the app saying 40 mins wait time and delivery at 7pm the restaurant quickly informed me that the delivery was asap and no time on it. I said that it was ordered at 6:20pm and I called at 07:40pm. 10 mins later food arrived but without the cheese on the garlic bread as ordered.

Had lots of good food from here previously but last night's was up there with worst I've had anywhere. Kebab meat was overcooked really badly on one side. Usually excellent but was horrible. The rest of the munchy box was poor, cold, dry and tasteless too. Expected a bigger portion. Delivery was over 30 minutes late. I called and thought Comms could be better too. Hopefully a one off but I'm not sure if I want to risk it again.

The food is different class always hot&delivery never late always early.The wraps are huge but amazin.The Chefs special kebab lives up to its name.And yi cany beat nice slice of vanilla cheesecake to finish off.10/10 for me&a wish yiz all the best for future kind regards scotty

I usually have great experiences with this place, but tonight was really disappointing. Ordered at 7:45 and didn’t get the food until 9:30 after multiple calls and no updates. I understand delays happen, but the lack of communication and honesty made it frustrating. Hoping this was just a one-off.

Chicken was juicy as was the lamb kebab Only thing I would say the chip portion was small For the kebab box meal at £14 Also was Luke warm

Shocking! Over an hour for delivery. Paid for 4 toppings on a pizza and two missing!!
